1. Acceptance
By accessing the Vigil platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these System Protocols. If you do not agree, immediate disconnection is required.
2. License to Use
Vigil grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access our Dark Web monitoring services strictly for personal or authorized corporate security.
Prohibited Usage:
Any attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security nodes, or use Vigil for malicious data harvesting will result in permanent blacklisting.
3. Subscriptions
Billing is handled via encrypted gateways. All Pro subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the next cycle.
4. Disclaimers
Vigil provides data based on publicly available breaches and dark web archives. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of external data clusters.
