Vigil provides instant access to premium Dark Web monitoring clusters. Refunds are typically issued only if a technical failure prevents service access for more than 24 hours.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be terminated at any time via the user dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Claims
Submit refund requests to support@vigil.pahummn.com with your encrypted transaction ID.
